How do I set the radio stations into memory on my unit?

    • Once the desired radio station is selected, press the Memory button until the indicator starts to blink
    • Use the either Skip/Tun button to select which number to store the station.
    • Press the Memory button again to set the station into the unit.

Why is the track number on the display of my iLive player blinking two dashes (--) instead of playing a CD?

    • The CD may also be scratched or dirty. Use a CD repair kit available at your local electronics supplier or use a soft linen cloth or a store-purchased cloth meant for disc cleaning.
    • Another possibility for this error may be that your iLive player cannot recognize the type of files on your recordable CD. Make sure that the files on your CD-R are in the .wav (uncompressed) format rather than the .mp3 or .wma (compressed) format.
    • This iLive player will not recognize JPEG, mp3, or wma files unless they are played through your iPod or other mp3 player.

My iPod stopped responding when I try to control it with my remote when it’s docked in my iLive product.  What should I do?

This may happen when your iPod freezes.  You will need to reset your iPod and your iLive unit.

    • To reset iPod models such as Classic, Nano, or Video, press and hold the Menu and Center buttons until the Apple logo appears.
    • To reset the iPod Touch press and hold the Home (□) and Sleep\Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    • To reset your iLive unit, unplug it for an hour.

I can’t get my unit to run off a new set of batteries, what am I doing wrong?

    • If the AC cord is still connected to your unit then it will not run off the battery supply.
    • Unplug the AC cord completely from the unit and try to power again.

My CD door does not stay closed when I try to do so, what am I doing wrong?

The CD door can only be closed by pressing the right side of the door, where indicated.

I can’t figure out where to put my iPod no this unit, where is it?

The iPod dock on this unit is hidden below the front speaker, in the middle.  There is a indicator at that location that says Open/Close, press that location the iPod dock will open.
