How do I set the clock?
While holding the TIME button press the SKIP/TUN- button to adjust the hour setting and press the SKIP /TUN+ button to adjust the minutes setting. Release TIME button to set the time.
How do I turn the timer off?
While the unit is powered off, press the TIMER button to turn the feature off.
How do I set my favorite radio stations into memory?
Once the desired radio station is selected, press the Memory button and the memory indicator will start to blink .Use either the SKIP/TUNE button to select which number to store the station. Press the Memory button again to set the station into the unit.
How do I receive better reception from my AM/FM tuner?
The black wire included with your iLive product is your FM antenna. While in the Radio mode, adjust the position of your antenna to provide optimal reception. This may take some trial and error by moving it back and forth to see which position gives you better reception. The AM antenna for this unit is internal, to get better reception for the AM signal adjust the position of the IS819B.
My iPod stopped responding when I try to control it with my remote when it’s docked in my iLive product. What should I do?
This may happen when your iPod freezes. You will need to reset your iPod as well as reset your iLive unit.
- To reset the iLive unit insert a paperclip in the "reset" point on the back of the unit.
- To reset iPod models such as Classic, Nano, or Video, press and hold the Menu and Center buttons until the Apple logo appears.
- To reset the iPod Touch press and hold the Home (□) and Sleep\Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Only one of my wireless speakers plays audio with this unit, what can I do to fix this issue?
Press the PAIR button on the main unit, the light indicator will begin to blink. Press the PAIR button on the speaker that’s not playing audio to connect the speaker.
Can additional speakers be used with this system?
Yes, up to 20 speakers can be used with this unit. Additional speakers are sold separately.
My wireless speakers and wireless router are causing interference, what do I do?
The wireless speakers receive a broadcast signal in the 2.4 GHz frequency range from the base unit, any device broadcasting in this frequency range maybe affected by the wireless transmission, and malfunction.
Often solving interference is as simple as moving devices further from each other, or changing the broadcast channel of the wireless router. Please contact a computer professional, before changing the broadcast channel of your wireless router.
